At Through the Ages Fitness, it's our mission to effectively motivate all participants through our uniquely designed exercise programs and specialized cognitive techniques.
In each TTAF session, mental imagery is used along with cognitive and physical theme-based movements. Our theme-based approach improves and enhances members' sensory systems and memory.
Through the Ages Fitness gives participants a way to work both body and mind together. Our instructors encourage participants to think outside the box through fitness, socially connect with their peers and mindfully reminisce through theme-based workouts.
"I really enjoy the classes presented by TTAF. I’ve been coming for about 4 years. The classes are always new and different, fun and enjoyable but also challenging. The themes help us remember things from our past, as the instructor chooses something with our age group in mind. The brain work has helped me to recall things I hadn’t thought of for a long time.
