These risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle soreness, sprains, strains, or other injuries. It is your responsibility to assess your own fitness level and consult with a medical professional if you have any concerns or pre-existing conditions that may affect your ability to safely engage in physical exercise. You agree to assume full responsibility for your own health and safety during the online exercise classes. Our instructors will provide guidance and options for different fitness levels, but it is ultimately your responsibility to make appropriate choices for your own well-being.
By participating in our online exercise classes, you release Through the Ages Fitness and its instructors from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of your participation. This release applies to both present and future claims, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with the classes. You agree to indemnify and hold Through the Ages Fitness and its instructors harmless from any claims, demands, or actions, including legal fees, arising from your participation in the online exercise classes.
