Private Sessions
A 1-on-1 Experience With a TTAF Instructor
TTAF Private sessions are specific and more in-depth to the client's needs. TTAF instructors focus on a variety of different movements, flexibility, and cognitive function through our theme-based approach. The TTAF instructor will demonstrate movements and observe the client to ensure proper form and technique. Exercises are tailored to the client's needs and abilities, with modifications made as necessary.
