Our Approach

The Experience

All themed-exercise classes and programs can be done seated, standing, or on the floor. Through the Ages Fitness works with the group or individual to fit their specific needs. Our main focus is on functional movements, flexibility, overall coordination and mobility for everyday life while making fitness fun! 


Mental imagery and cognitive brain exercises are continuously used during all classes. This helps provide social interactions between all group members and individuals. We strive to improve and enhance participants sensory systems and memory through exercise and movement. 


Music is key for brain functionality, Through the Ages Fitness provides specialized music for each class session and location. Specific playlists are created for an increase in participant engagement and movements during classes and sessions.
