All exercise classes and programs can be done seated, standing, or on the floor. Through the Ages Fitness works with the group or individual to fit their specific needs. Mental imagery and cognitive brain exercises are continuously used during all classes for individuals 50 and older. This helps provide social interactions between all group members and individuals. Music is key for brain functionality, Through the Ages Fitness provides specialized music for each class session and location. Specific playlists are created for an increase in participant engagement and movements during classes.
