Inspired by the ages of life.
Through the Ages Fitness (TTAF) is an Indianapolis based fitness company that travels and provides theme-based exercise and brain fitness programs to those who are 50 and older, as well as individuals with memory impairments and disabilities.


APPROACH
TTAF gives participants a way to work both body and mind together. Our instructors encourage participants to think outside the box in fitness, socially connect with their peers, and mindfully reminisce through theme-based workouts.
INSPIRATION
This is the original photo used for the TTAF logo. Fun Fact: It’s the owner's grandmother, so fabulous!!!

MIND
In each TTAF session, mental imagery is used along with cognitive and physical theme-based movements. Our theme-based approach improves and enhances members' sensory systems and memory.

BODY
At TTAF, it is our mission to effectively motivate all participants through our uniquely designed exercise programs, engaging participants from head to toe.

MUSIC
As part of the TTAF theme-based approach, instructors incorporate music into exercises. For many, especially individuals with memory impairments, music engages where words cannot.
